The initial install will take longer than future updates. Once installed, only new and edited content will be downloaded when updating.
Please note: apps vary in size and might require a longer time to upload.
Typical download speeds:
4G & 4G LTE: 7.3 Mbps to 20 Mbps
Home Network Wifi: 20 Mbps to 100 Mbps
Coffee Shop Wifi: 0.13 mbps to 0.20 mbps
Business Wifi: 54Mbps to 1Gbps
OPTION 1
Close Command.app.
- Apple iOS, double click your home button, and swipe UP.
- Android, touch the panel button on your device and swipe the Command.App screen away.
- Windows, touch or click the X in the top right window of your device.
Then relaunch and try again.
OPTION 2
Make sure you have a good internet connection. Apps install best when you have a solid wifi connection.
OPTION 3
Confirm your device doesn't go into "sleep" mode. When installing, the process will stop in sleep mode. Just touch the screen to wake it up while downloading.
OPTION 4
Try completely deleting Command.app from your device, and re-install it. Try again.
