Create Menu Items Using Templates


As the Organization Administrator for your market you will be responsible for helping your users obtain access to the app. Once a user has requested access through the IGA or Scania now system, as detailed here, and they have logged into the app, creating their security token you will be able to see them in the builder portal.

STEP 1
Select the USER button on the left hand side and you will see the active user list.
STEP 2
By clicking on EDIT next to an individual user you will see their profile including their first name, last name, company role, email address, and the permission type that they have, which is User or Admin. (These are determined by Scania Central and your market when access is first requested.)
STEP 3
The first task is to assign the specific app module needed to each user. Simply toggle on the dial next to the app. Green indicates they have access. When finished hit save. They will now be able to access content when they next log in to the app.

On this screen you can also see their initial install date, as well as the most recent update that they have installed on their device and the version number of that update.
