Introduction to Content Collections
Collections can be made up of PDFs, PNG or JPEG images, videos, or any combination of these.
Content collections are basically the detailed materials that you as a user will navigate to when engaging with a customer. You'll navigate through a series of menus or scenes as you drill down to the information that is important to your customer. The details, for instance, here, the conversation has led us to the specific surrounding engines.
Slide Decks
Can be swiped through and thumbnails, provide quick access to size options, and in other cases like under brochures, the collections may be a single PDF where you can scroll through the content with the customer to find which one appeals to them.
Sharing Options
Send content using your mobile device's sharing capabilities like text, email or WhatsApp. Simply fill out where you're sending it to, type in a message and send it away. To close out a collection, tap on the outside corner of the image to bring down the nav bar and select close content.
Single PDF Content Collections
A single PDF that could be opened, viewed and scrolled through. Users are able to move around inside the PDF, hitting on specific features and benefits, and by using the plus or minus buttons at the top of the PDF viewer, you can zoom in or out of the PDF in order to set up the style that fits the customer interaction you want.
Multiple PDF Content Collections
When first opened, a horizontal pop up list appears at the bottom of the app and quickly hides away and access remains at the bottom, indicating there are more items available for this collection. Simply tap the arrow to gain access to the collection item thumbnails where you can easily select the PDF that appeals to your customer. The PDF Viewer toolbar at the top allows the page navigation search capabilities and zooming in and out. The multiple PDF Content collection is a great way to consolidate related PDF documents in an easy to use tool.
Single Image Content Collections
When selected, the viewer displays a single image that can be enlarged by pinch zooming and moved around to cover specific features and benefits. Again tap top left corner to close lets cover multiple PNG or JPEG image content collection.
Multiple Image Content Collections
A horizontal pop up list appears at the bottom of the app containing thumbnails representing the various slide decks associated with the collection and quickly hides as the page count indicator appears in the lower right corner. Access arrows remain at the bottom, indicating there are more items available for this collection.
Single Video Content Collections
A collection that opens to a video player. The user can simply play the video, skipping ahead by tapping on the timeline in various places. When you finish viewing, tap anywhere on the sides to bring down the top nav bar and select close in the upper left hand corner.
Combination Content Collections
The horizontal pop up list appearing at the bottom of the app contains thumbnails representing the various slide decks, PDFs and videos associated with the collection. As always, the case with multiple item content collections there are access arrows at the bottom, indicating there are more items available for this collection. Simply tap the arrow to gain access to the item thumbnails where you could easily swipe to find the right item to show your customer. When finished viewing tap anywhere on the sides to bring down the top nav bar and select close in the upper left corner.
These various content collections provide a great way for sales associates to engage with customers as they view highlights and share marketing materials.
